Brian Campbell, Managing Partner and owner of BC Urban, LLC, has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, investment, development, and negotiation of complex business transactions with both public and private organizations. Brian has completed thousands of transactions in 25 states and 10 foreign countries. He has earned real estate broker licenses in four different states and was instrumental in the development of many of the leasing techniques used internationally today.
Brian was an equity partner of both national commercial real estate brokerage firms Colliers Seeley and Studley after many years working with John Cushman at Cushman Realty Corp. Cushman Realty was the leading commercial real estate firm of its day prior to its acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield. Brian is a former U.S. Army (Airborne) Infantry Captain and a current elected City Councilman in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, population 43,000.

Todd Anderson | Managing Partner
Todd has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate business and has had a business relationship with Brian Campbell for 20 years, when both were senior brokers at a national commercial real estate firm. Todd excels at delivering integrated solutions that align corporate real estate objectives with corporate business strategy. He also provides our clients with industry analysis in the areas of outsourcing, finance and lease accounting by sharing white papers and useful trade articles.
Todd recently served as CBRE’s Senior Managing Director of Corporate Services for Union Bank, to deliver strategy, project management, transaction management, and lease administration for the bank’s entire real estate portfolio. Previously, he had been responsible for CBRE’s global contract with The Boeing Aircraft Company and their 88 million square foot global real estate portfolio.

Terry is a Managing Partner of BC Urban and CEO of CyberLease Lease Auditing and Advisory services; a joint venture with BC Urban. Terry is a 25+ year veteran in the commercial real estate industry and is widely recognized as the foremost national expert in the lease auditing field. Mr. Barger received his Bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado and his MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. Barger spent nine years as a Marine Corps pilot leaving with the rank of Major. His career in real estate began at LaSalle Partners, a nationally recognized and prestigious asset management firm, as a General Manager responsible for the asset management (operations and leasing) of several high-rise office buildings in Southern California.

Daniel founded Landmark Property Management Group in 2008 when he was serving as Managing Director under Kor Realty Group. Cunningham later purchased the company from Kor and re-branded it as Leonardo Management. As the author of 365 Days of Property Management, Cunningham is a recognized expert in property operations and is the creator of a patent-pending program which automates the analysis of property financials. Prior to Cunningham’s involvement with Kor, he co-founded LivingHomes, a home-builder/developer where as Vice President of Operations he was responsible for internal operations of the company as well as all construction project management efforts. Cunningham previously served as Director of Asset Management for AIMCO, the largest owner and operator of apartment communities in the United States where he was responsible for oversight of nearly 10,000 multifamily units between the Midwest and West regions.
Douglas Mellen is a co-founder of Leonardo Management and oversees new client development for management engagements as well as Leonardo’s due diligence consulting services. Mellen comes to Leonardo with a background combining a blend of asset management and acquisition experience within private equity and institutional real estate and finance. He has taken lead in underwriting, due diligence, deal execution, and investor reporting for approximately $680MM of core, value-add, and more opportunistic investment strategy projects nationwide for companies such as Capmark, Buchanan Street Partners, and StarPoint Properties. As such, Mellen brings a keen sense for identifying project-level operational inefficiency and value-creation potential for Leonardo’s clients.
