He offered expert opinions as to the duties and obligations of the landlord with respect to these various cross-agreements. He also offered expert opinions as to the damages Sears incurred as a result of the loss of this long term lease. He also opined regarding the general market status, valuations, and future development viability of the existing warehouse and shipping facility.
